Customized Solutions
Every organization has unique needs. I work with HR, People & Culture, and team leaders to design Energy Reset programs that fit their goals and culture. For some clients this has meant individual resets at events, for others interactive team workshops, and for others a multi-session program to build resilience over time.
Examples of Formats I Have Offered for Organizations
1:1 Energy Reset Sessions (30 minutes)
Individual resets during events or workplace wellbeing programs. Participants leave calmer and more focused, with one tool they can use immediately in their workday. Each session includes access to the Reset Toolkit for continued practice.
Team Workshop (60 minutes)
An engaging group session where teams learn and practice three simple resets they can use before meetings, after high-pressure moments, or whenever focus dips. Practical, interactive, and easy to apply at work.
Resilient Focus Program (4 x 75 minutes)
A progressive program for teams and leaders designed to build lasting resilience. Across four sessions, participants learn how to stabilize, clear their mind, strengthen team coherence, and lead with calm presence.
Why Work With Me
I bring more than 16 years of experience in People and Culture and Leadership Development, working across e-commerce, technology, education, and the public sector. In senior roles at global organizations, I designed and delivered programs that helped leaders and teams grow, adapt, and perform in fast-changing environments.
Alongside this corporate background, I am certified in professional coaching, trauma-informed facilitation, and advanced Reiki and energy practices. This combination of professional expertise and resilience training allows me to create sessions that are credible, practical, and immediately useful in the workplace.
