Yes. Energy healing is gentle and safe. It works alongside medical care but doesn’t replace it. If you have health concerns or treatments underway, continue working with your care provider.

You’ll begin with a short check-in. For in-person Reiki, you lie comfortably clothed while hands are placed lightly on or near energy centres. For remote sessions, you’re in a quiet, uninterrupted space. Many people feel warmth, tingling, or deep relaxation; some feel energised. If intuitive coaching is part of the session, we will sit and explore insights that came up during the energy work.

No preparation is needed. Just come as you are — relaxed, curious, or even unsure. For online sessions, choose a quiet space where you won’t be interrupted.

It depends on your goals and what you’re working with. Some people feel a noticeable shift after one session; others choose a series for deeper or ongoing support. After your first session, we can discuss what feels right for you.
