Reiki Energy Healing, Intuitive Coaching & Corporate Wellbeing

In-Person in Berlin & Worldwide Online

You've spent years trying to think your way into feeling better. A lot of what you're carrying, the stress, the tension, the nights you can't sleep, doesn't live in your head. It lives in your body. That's where Reiki works.

Does any of this sound familiar?

You've worked hard to get where you are, and a lot of who you are is tied to your work. From the outside, it looks like success. It just doesn't feel the way you expected.

You might recognize yourself if:

No matter how well things go, something still feels missing, and you can't quite explain why.

You've tried things before. Therapy, coaching, meditation, maybe some wellness. It helped for a while, but nothing really lasted.

You go from one thing to the next all day, and even when work stops, you can't switch off.

Even when you're relaxing, or with people you love, you feel restless, like you should be doing something.

Sitting still is hard, so you avoid it. You stay busy and fill the gaps with your phone, podcasts, shows, anything that distracts you.

You're looking for something. You're just not sure what.

What is Reiki?

Reiki is a Japanese practice developed by Mikao Usui in 1922. The name comes from two words, rei, meaning universal, and ki, meaning life energy.

Most of us now live in a near-constant state of fight or flight, and sometimes freeze. Your body reacts to everyday pressure, a packed schedule, a difficult email, as though it were a real threat, and it pours your energy into just getting through the day, leaving very little for rest or recovery.

What Reiki does is calm your nervous system and shift you out of that survival mode. When your body finally reaches a state of deep rest, its natural ability to recover and repair starts working again, without you having to think about it or work at it.

How it works

In a session, you lie down fully clothed while I rest my hands lightly on or just above your body. When we work online it's the same, with you resting at home. Most people feel warmth, a heavy kind of relaxation, sometimes a tingling sensation or a wave of emotion, and the noise in their head going quiet. They tend to leave feeling calmer than when they arrived, and many find they sleep better.

Research shows that Reiki can meaningfully reduce anxiety, stress, and pain, which is part of why a growing number of hospitals now offer it alongside standard medical care.

My Story

I’m Silvia Colantonio, a Reiki practitioner and the founder of Light Mind Studio.

Alongside this work, I have spent more than 16 years in corporate learning and leadership development across fast-paced, high-pressure environments in the U.S. and Europe. I know what it feels like to be capable, self-aware, and still feel like something inside isn’t working.

I came to Reiki after trying many of the things you are “supposed” to do: therapy, coaching, meditation, personal development. I realized that understanding myself was not the same as feeling calm, grounded, or at ease.

Reiki helped me experience something I hadn’t been able to access through thinking alone. That experience changed my life enough that I eventually trained as a practitioner.

Today, I offer grounded, straightforward Reiki sessions for people who want to feel more connected to themselves, whether Reiki is already familiar or something they never thought they’d try.

During a session, you may feel warmth, tingling, heaviness, emotion, or a sense of energy moving. You may feel your body relax in a way you didn’t expect. Or you may simply notice that your mind gets quieter.

Most people leave feeling calmer than when they arrived. Lighter, clearer, or more settled.

After a session, you may sleep better, breathe more easily, feel less tense, or stop replaying the same thought again and again. Sometimes people also leave with more clarity around something that felt stuck before.

Even one session can be enough to notice a real difference.

With regular sessions, that calmer, more grounded state can become easier to recognize and easier to return to in daily life.
