I came to this work because I needed it myself. I spent years in my head, and no amount of coaching, therapy, or meditation could get me out of it. My first Reiki session did what none of that had. I felt calm in my body for the first time in years. That's what I want to offer you.
Reiki works through the body, not through talking or thinking. You lie down, close your eyes, and something shifts. For a lot of people it's the first time they've actually felt what calm feels like, not as an idea but as a real physical experience.
You can't find your way back to a state you've never actually felt. Reiki gives you that reference point.

Come and experience what it feels like when your system actually slows down and you can hear yourself again. This is a complete session in itself. No prior experience needed.

For when one session isn't enough. Each week includes a Reiki session, a short check-in, a weekly reflection prompt, and one simple grounding practice for daily life. Six weeks. Real continuity. Support between sessions.
