The Process

Two people exchanging coffee mugs over a white table, with one person's hands reaching for a mug and the other holding a ceramic mug, near a window with a plant in the background.
Brown envelope, blank white card, and dried grass on a white surface with soft shadows.
Close-up of hands pouring liquid from a small amber glass bottle into palm
A person working on a laptop, wearing rings on their left hand and a smartwatch on their right wrist, seated at a wooden table.

In person, you’ll lie fully clothed on a comfortable table while I use gentle, consent-based hand placements on or just above the body. Online, we meet live via Google Meet and you can sit or lie down in a quiet space, with your camera on or off.

Step 1

We begin with a brief check-in so you can share what is going on for you and what you hope to receive from the session.

Step 2

Questions are always welcome. You can explore the FAQ or contact me directly if you’re unsure which option is right for you.

Step 3

We close with a brief reflection on what came up, along with insights or recommendations to support integration.
