Reiki, explained simply
Reiki works by calming your nervous system so your body can return to a more balanced state.
When your system is under constant pressure from work demands, city life, and emotional load, it can stay in survival mode. Over time, this may show up as fatigue, anxiety, poor sleep, physical symptoms, or a loss of clarity or direction.
Reiki helps your body shift out of that state, allowing healing to unfold on a mental, emotional, and physical level.
This work is not about belief. It’s about creating the conditions your system needs to reset and respond.
Who this is for
This work is for you if you’re dealing with ongoing overwhelm, tension, or physical and emotional symptoms that don’t fully resolve, even though you’re capable, self-aware, and used to managing things on your own.
